Every land use lawyer stands at a podium and practices before a myriad of local government agencies, boards and commissions; but not every land use lawyer has made those land use and zoning decisions sitting at the dias as an elected and appointed official.
Deborah Martohue brings this political perspective from "inside" City Hall as a former Commissioner and member of a countywide planning council to identify options, counsel clients, build consensus and advocate before public bodies.
